For tenants
Use the form on the listing page. You don't need an account. Your message goes to the landlord's email, and they reply straight to your address. If the landlord added a phone number, you'll find it on the listing page.
No. Clavinto doesn't charge tenants any fees or commission. You agree the deposit and other terms directly with the landlord.
Save a search as an alert and confirm your address with the link we email you. You can get listings right away (we check for new ones every 10 minutes), once a day at 8:00 or once a week on Monday at 8:00 (Polish time). You can have up to 10 alerts per address, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Don't pay a deposit or rent before you've seen the property and signed a contract. Be wary of requests to send money abroad, use a money transfer service or have keys sent by courier. Clavinto isn't a party to the rental contract and doesn't take rent payments.
Below the listing, choose “Report listing” and briefly describe the problem. Reports are reviewed by the Clavinto team, and we block listings that break the rules.
For landlords
A private account is for someone renting out their own flat or room, and you can have one. A company account is for agencies and property managers: we fetch company details from the Polish business register (GUS) by tax ID, and the whole team works in one account. One person can create up to 5 company accounts. You can't change the account type later.
Every listing is checked automatically when it's published. We reject it if, for example, the title contains a phone number, email or link, the price or floor area is unrealistic, or it duplicates another listing. You'll see the reason in your dashboard next to the listing. Fix it and publish again.
Only from your 11th listing. The first 10 are free, and each one after that needs a slot for PLN 6.99 gross. A purchased slot never expires and nothing is charged in advance.
The first 10 you publish on your account, including ones you delete later. Drafts and listings rejected at publication don't count. You can pause and resume a free listing at no cost.
Nothing disappears and your free listings keep working. Each new one is published after buying a slot for PLN 6.99 gross. A purchased slot stays with its listing permanently and is lost if you delete the listing.
No. Clavinto has no paid promotions — results are ordered by how well they match the search and when the listing was added or refreshed. You can refresh a listing once a day for free.
Yes, if you buy as a consumer or as a sole trader with consumer rights. You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Just email [email protected] with your order number. We refund the full amount within 14 days and withdraw the purchased slots.
Yes. Tick the invoice at checkout and enter company details with a tax ID — we send the invoice in a separate message.
